There are many things that people cannot leave with but studies show that these few things have become such an important part of our lives that without even knowing these few things have become our necessities of life.

Mobile Phones have become a huge part of our lives. There is not even a single day we can live without it, from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night this is the first and the last thing we use.
We have attached ourselves to this materialist thing so much that now it has become difficult for us to survive without it.
Mobile phones have made our life so much easier than now we can contact and see our loved ones who are 1000 miles away from us just in a second but there are also many disadvantages of it. Especially teenagers are constantly on their phones and ignoring the people who are around us.
Phones have brought us closer to people who live far away and further away from others who sit next to us.
Here the question is who can live without coffee? I am sorry but people who can live without coffee is not normal in my dictionary, I mean how can somebody live without it How?!
I don’t know if it is caffeine or the flavor of the coffee but something is addicting about it, there is not even a single day that passes by without coffee.
At least one time a day I want to have it because without it I cannot survive nor do my body.
Coffee is Love and yes definitely I cannot live without it.
Are you someone who can’t leave the house without listening to your favorite song through headphones or who can’t travel without music? Then my friend I can understand how important music is for you.

Everybody knows how important water is for the human body, you can die if you don’t consume enough water. Water is as important as food. Consuming clean filtered water is not only good for your body but will keep you away from a lot of diseases and keep you healthy.
Many of us have replaced water with coffee and juices which is not a healthy thing to adapt, everyday drinking at least 3 liters of water is necessary to stay healthy and happy.
Eating Food is most important, taking your meals 3 times a day is as healthy as drinking water. Those who suffer from eating disorders cannot eat food that is in bulk quantity. We prefer them to eat healthy clean food. For example Salads, Lentils, Rice, fruits, etc to stay healthy.
Food is very important, you must have noticed that when you are hungry your mood automatically changes, and when your tummy is full you get back to normal.
Who doesn’t like partying and outings with friends? We all love to go out and explore the world whether it is with a group of friends your loved ones or alone but we cannot even just sit at home for more than a week.
Outing or you can say exploring is very important for your mental health changing your surroundings getting some fresh air, hiking mountains is not only fun but also beneficial for your health.
These six things which I have mentioned above are very important for human beings some of them is addiction and some of them are needs.
