But what if you find it difficult falling asleep at night? No worries, we got a solution for you!

4-7-8 and sleep


Set your lips apart, maintaining a decent distance between both lips. Exhale deeply making a whoosh sound. Then bring your lips together and inhale while counting till 4. Hold your breath for 7 seconds and release it in the 8th count. Repeat the process for 8 times and you’d feel sleepy. It is called 4-7-8 relaxing breath exercises.


Blink your eyes


Rapidly blinking your eyes for 60 to 120 seconds can make you fell asleep. To explain the concept, take the example of running. When you run for 10 minutes, your legs pain and you feel tired. The same goes for the eyes. When you continuously blink your eyes, muscles in your eyes become and exhausted and tired. For this reason, you feel sleepy. But you need to blink hard for 1 to 2 minutes.

Listening to music can help you in relaxing your mind. But here we don’t mean listening to hip-hop music would work. To calm your mind, you need to listen to soothing sounds. This includes waterfall sound. Waterfall sound has a great soothing effect on your mind. It will relax your mind and you’d eventually fall asleep.
